The C-Bot development team operates the C-Bot Discord bot (the "Service"). Your privacy is very important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy. We may also collect information how the cbot.me ("Website") is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We collect your email address when you submit an application on our website. We will only use your email address to send you an email of your application result.
We store the application form data until the application has been denied or accepted.
The application data is highly monitored and only C-Bot Staff Managers and higher have permission to access this data.
We collect information about your Discord user and your Discord guilds so that the Service can work properly. Without this data we cannot provide the Service.
Your data is only used in the C-Bot's system. It will not be shared to any third-party without your permission in any case, only C-Bot Owners can access your personal data like your email and IP which is strictly monitored.
Your audio files recorded with C-Bot are not kept to our database or any storage. We only store the audio file attachment URL to our database. When the author of the audio file requests the audio file to be played from C-Bot, we save the audio file temporarily to our file system so we can stream it. The file will be deleted automatically after streaming the audio.
You can ask your data to be deleted and ask questions by emailing us or contacting us via our Discord Support Server.
As of now, we use cookies only to remember the logged in users. We need this data, so we can keep our website working properly and to offer the safest and the fastest possible experience during your visit.
We may modify this Policy from time to time. The most current version of this Policy will be available here (cbot.me/privacy). By using the Website after any changes to this Policy become effective, you agree to the modified Policy.
